The Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) was founded in 2011 with the vision to ignite civilian accountability thereby promoting public trust and confidence in the National Police Service.

Requirements for IPOA Recruitment 2025
- Candidates applying must have a valid National Identity Card or Passport.
- Applicants must not be below 18 years.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s in relevant academic discipline like Law, Business Administration, Public Policy Development etc.
- Possessing relevant academic and professional certificates.
- Legal research, supervisory, planning, reporting and analytical skills etc. are required.
How to Apply for IPOA Jobs 2025
Qualified persons are to send in applications on or before Monday, 24th February 2025 to recruitment0125@ipoa.go.ke. The application must include academic and professional certificates, CV, National Identity Card, names and contacts of three (3) referees.
Your cover letter should be addressed to the Director/Chief Executive Officer.
After the application phase, shortlisted candidates shall be requested to provide compliance or clearance certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority, Directorate of Criminal Investigation, Higher Education Loans Board, Credit Reference Bureau and Ethics and Anti-Corruption (EACC) etc.
