Manager Human Resource Management
As the name implies, you will be responsible for human resource strategy development, coordinate and organization development including job interviews. To qualify, here are the things you must adhere to.
- First degree and Master’s in either Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations etc. from a certified and approved institution.
- A minimum of ten (10) years working experience is required for this post and you must have served as a Principal Human Resource and Administrative Officer.

Principal Planning, Resource Mobilization

- First degree and Master’s in Economics, Marketing or Business Administration is mandatory.
- Attending a senior management course that lasted for at least one (1) month is necessary as well as being ICT inclined.
Lecturer, Civil Engineering
- You’re expected to have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, be a computer literate, and be good at people management, coordination, policy formulation and implementation.
Enrolled Nurse
- To occupy this position, you must have a certificate in either Kenya Enrolled Nurse of Kenya Enrolled Community Health Nurse from an approved learning institute.
