Eligibility Criteria
Generally, irrespective of the position, candidates applying must have a valid National ID or International passport issued by the government. Also, candidates must be at least twenty (20) years of age.

1. Branch Manager
The entire operation of the branch you’re allocated to is your responsibility include staff engagement, customer satisfaction and good profit margin in line with the Bank’s strategy.
- Possessing this role requires that you have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business related discipline.
- Having knowledgeable experience of operational policies, procedures and legalities relevant to your branch is necessary.
- Professional qualification like AKIB stands you out from others.
- A minimum work experience of five (5) years relevant to the banking industry is required.
- Key competencies such as Planning and Organization, Entrepreneurial and Commercial thinking, Networking and Supervising are necessary.
2. Human Resources – Intern
- You must have a degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management or any other social science discipline etc.
- You should be familiar with Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Ability to function effectively within a team and good knowledge of MS office applications or G-Suite is an added advantage.
3. Head of Elite and Diaspora Banking
- To qualify for this role, you must have acquired a degree in Business administration, Finance, Marketing or Economics etc.
- You should have minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in Business Development and relationship management.
- You should have a better understanding f Kenyan market and financial industry as well as good credit knowledge.
4. Officer, Documentation & Letters of Offer
- You need at least two (2) year of experience in Credit Operations.
- Must be knowledgeable of Bank – Customer relation, good appreciation and interpretation of commercial contracts as well as excellent reporting skills.
- Education wise, you need B.Sc. in either Business or Social science related discipline.
5. Legal Intern
- As a legal intern, you will help to ensure effective and efficient management of possible litigations by or against the bank.
- To qualify for this role, you must have a Post-graduate Diploma from Kenya School of Law. A degree of law from a recognized university.
- Possessing relevant skill in MS word and other relevant packages is an advantage.
- Candidate should understand clearly court processes and have knowledge of commercial and conveyancing practice.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a commercial and litigation law firm or financial institution is needed.
- You must possess excellent communication in both oral and written form. You should as well be a good team player.
