Eligibility for Zambia Immigration Recruitment 2024

Here are the requirements that makes you eligible to apply for either of the vacancies announced by the Immigration Department. Meeting these criteria is mandatory.

Immigration Assistant

• Candidate applying for this post must be a Zambian citizen.
• He or she must have criminal record free background.
• Candidate must have at least a five (5) credits pass with Math and English inclusive in Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
• The Grade 12 equivalent must be ne recognized by the Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ) or Zambia Qualification Authority.
• Only applicants within the age of 18 – 25 years will be allowed to participate.
• Applicant must be mentally, medically and physically sound.
• He or she must be of recommendable character.
• Applicant must be single without children.
• He or she must be willing to undergo intensive physical training usually contacted by the immigration service.

Border Guards

• Applicant of this role must be medically and physically okay.
• Applicant must have Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification approved by ECZ or Zambia Qualification Authority.
• Applicant should either be 18 or 25 years at the time of application.
• Applicant must not be married nor have children.
• Applicant must be ready to participate in the military training.
