Eligibility Criteria for KENAS Recruitment

  • Have at least D+ mean grade in KCSE including English and Swahili Languages.

To qualify for this role, here are the key criteria which you must meet.

  • Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in technical discipline. Those with Master’s have an added advantage.
  • A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Attending a TOT training course for at least one (1) week is a plus.
  • Candidate must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong capability in English and Swahili languages is mandatory.
  • Possess work experience either as a trainer or industrial training specialist is also an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet strictly deadline.

Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Office you will be overseeing day to day running of KENAS to ensure attainment of organizational mandate.

  • Candidates applying for this role must have a first and Post graduate degree in Science, Information Technology, Business administration or relevant academic discipline.
  • Must possess a minimum of ten (10) years experience, part of which must be a managerial positions.
  • Must not be a holder of public office.
  • Be a member of professional body relevant to his or her discipline.
  • Must have certifications in Corporate Governance and Strategic Leadership Development programme.

Assistant Office Administrator, Chief Manager

You will be directing the administrative arm of KENAS, travel itineraries and provide other necessary support.

  • Applicant of this role must have a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from KNEC.
  • Must be conversant with shorthand III at 100 wpm and also be proficient in computer applications.
