- Candidates applying for this position must have a Bachelor’s degree in Gender Studies, Development Studies, Social science or any other relevant academic discipline from an approved university.

2. Program Officer, Education
- As the program officer (education), you must have a degree or equivalent qualification in either Education, Development Studies, Social Science etc. from an accredited institution.
- It is mandatory to have at least three (3) years of experience relevant to this position.
- A comprehensive and careful understanding of National goals and how to aligns with the council’s mandate is compulsory.
- Comprehensive understanding of Devolution according to the Constitution.

3. Driver
- Possess a Kenya Certificate with a Mean Grade of D Plus or its equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of active driving experience.
- Hold a valid, current digital driving license, free from endorsements, and valid for the relevant vehicle classes.
- Have a solid understanding of the Highway Code.
- Passed the Suitability Test for Drivers Grade II from the State Department of Public Works.
- Received professional training from an approved Government Institution.
- Hold a certificate of Good Conduct.
- Possess a First Aid Certificate from a recognized institution.
- Knowledgeable in computer applications.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Be fluent in both English and Kiswahili.
