Upon appointment of the role at the Insurance Company, your responsible will be steering the technical underwriting and reinsurance functions within the company. The following are the requirements needed for a successful appointment:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is considered an advantage.
- Professional Certification: ACII or an equivalent Professional Insurance Qualification is mandatory, demonstrating specialized knowledge and expertise in the insurance industry.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in underwriting and reinsurance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance industry.
2. Financial Advisors
As a Financial Advisor of the entity, you will be making provision for advisory services in finance, sales, as well as investment. The positions requires the following to get employed:
- Candidate applying must have a relevant Diploma or Degree pointing to Financial Advisory or equivalent
- Being in possession of certification course in Investment will give you an added advantage

The Head of Corporate & Retail Claims will lead and oversee the end-to-end claims operations for both Retail and Corporate Life and Pension business lines. To secure the job, you must be in the possession of the following:
