1. Assistant Production Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing set production goals to ensure to goes according to plan. Requirements for this position includes:

Possessing first degree in relevant academic discipline, having relevant years of work experience, ability to work under pressure as well as coordination skills.

2. Section Manager

As the section manager of technical team, your responsibility is to ensure the daily maintenance and repair of machines and other equipment to ensure best performance for manufacturing.

The qualifications required includes having a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience, adequate knowledge in maintaining dairy equipment’s, excellent communication skill and ability to adhere to health safety procedures.

3.  Quality Assurance Manager

You will be establishing best practices and driving food safety systems through development, execution and maintenance.

You need a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology or Dairy Technology to occupy this position, Practical knowledge of quality and food safety standards is necessary as well as five (5) years’ experience in food manufacturing.

4. Human Resource Manager

You shall be responsible for the coordination of the Human Resource Department through enforcing the company policies and practices.

First degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university is required. You must be a Certified Human Resource Professional in Kenya (CHRPK), a minimum of six (6) years working experience is required, and you should be knowledgeable in operating Microsoft applications as well as HR systems and database.
