The Kenyan government is aiming towards achieving the following goals through its Climate Work Mtaani 2024:

1. Climate Resilience and Recovery

One of the benefits which the program will initiate is introducing impactful environmental projects, offering its participants experience while preparing them for professional and educational pursuits.

The primary purpose of the program is to create job opportunities for the youth, and at the time of the publication, over 200,000 job opportunities are now available through the program.
