Job Requirements and Qualifications
To qualify for vacancies announced, you have to satisfy both the general requirements and position based qualifications for KenInvest jobs.
General Eligibility Criteria
- It is expected that all applicants be Kenyan citizen with acceptable means of identification e.g. National ID card, or Passport.
- Secondary education (KCSE) is mandatory and a minimum of D+ is required.
- You should have a clean work history free of criminal record.
- In other to satisfy the requirements of chapter six (6) of Kenya constitution, you must have clearance certificates from relevant bodies include; KRA, HELB etc.
Managing Director
- As the managing director, you must have a Master and Bachelor degree in Marking, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Law etc.
- Your certification must be from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of work experience relevant to the positions you’re applying for.
- Professional qualification is as well required.
- Candidate must possess relevant skills such as management skill, analytical skill, organizational skill, and excellent communication skill.
General Manager, Finance & Administration
- This role requires you have a Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, Business Administration etc.
- Reasonable years of work experience is need but must preferably for this position, 12 years would go.
- You should be registered member of relevant professional body and be in good standing.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and ICT skills is required.
Procurement Assistant

Internal Audit Manager
Education: You must have a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce or other relevant academic discipline.
Professional Qualification: You must be a member of CPA (K) or ACCA or any other relevant professional body.
Experience: Join together, a collective experience for at least eight (8) years is required.
Skills: You should be a computer literate, have good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills etc.
