Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR) is hiring for the position of Senior Complaints and Investigation Officer for the ongoing 2024 recruitment exercise.

Overview of KNCHR Recruitment
The position of Senior Complaints and Investigation Officer is one of the most sensitive role in the KNCHR that requires dedication, seriousness and updoing.
Anyone occupying this position will be in charge of developing strategies that helps process complaints on human rights violations as well as advancing the mandate of the commission.
Part of your responsibility will be to create public awareness on human rights complaints and assist in preparation of directorate reports on investigations carried.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Needed
Factors that makes you eligible for the position of a Senior Complaints and Investigation Officer includes:
Educational Qualification: A need a bachelor’s degree in law and Post Graduate Diploma still in law to qualify for this position.
Skills: Computer literacy, ability to handle complains in mature and professional manner, excellent communication, supervisory, problem solving, and supervisory skills are fundamental requirements.
Experience: The commission requires that you must have a minimum of three (3) years of service in an equivalent position from an outstanding organization.
Finally, you should have a National ID card or passport and as well meet have the necessary clearance documents as specified in chapter six (6) of Kenya constitution.
