Requirements and Qualifications Needed

To qualify for any of these positions, here are the requirements you must meet.

• Applicant of KPA internship must be a Kenyan citizen with valid identification especially one issued by the government e.g. National ID, International passport or Driver’s license.
• Candidates applying should be within the age range of 18 to 35 years.
• Applicant must have graduated from a recognized tertiary institution and currently unemployed.
• He or she must have completed either a degree, diploma or certificate course without exposure to any work experience.
• Those who have benefitted from similar internship program or are currently participating in one should not apply.
• Applicants must not have retired or exited from any forma employment as this program focuses on graduates with no work experience.
• A transcript would be required from the institution you attended either university, polytechnic or college.
• Talking about educational qualifications, depending on the position you’re applying for, you should have either:
• Degree or Diploma in Maritime Transport and Logistics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Health, Safety & Environment, Human Resource Management, Civil Engineering, Social science, Actuarial Science, Public Relations, Economics, Statistics, Early Childhood Development, Nautical Science, Criminology, Law & Record Management, Commerce and Financial Management etc.
