The general criteria for KPMG Recruitment 2024 are:
- A possession in a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of the vacant position
- Master’s degree in a relevant business field will be an added advantage
- Applicant must be proficient in English and French. Fluency in Arabic and Portuguese will be advantageous
- Candidate applying must have at least 7 years of relevant experience
i.) Chief Executive Officer
- Candidate must have be able to ensure that productivity and process compliance are tracked while reviewing the processes to maintain their relevance
- Applicant must have at least 15 years of management experience, with over 12 years in senior management positions within a Bank of a financial institution
ii.) IDAS – Communications and Knowledge Management Consultant
- You must satisfy the general criteria and hold a Masters’ degree in Communication or related field.
iv.) IDAS – Monitoring & Evaluation Consultant
- Candidate applying must have experience in designing, and building M&E frameworks, work plans and budgets.
- He/she must have experience in managing and leading monitoring and evaluation activities, including data collection and analysis methodologies and tools.
v.) Development Finance Manager
- This role requires an excellent communication (written and verbal), numeracy, presentation and analytical skills
- Applicant must excel in IT basics such as ability to use Microsoft Office and recruitment software
- Multicultural skills to operate across diverse African jurisdictions are required for this role
- Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to handle difficult client conversations
