1. Deputy Director, Supply Chain Management

    The key functionality of this officer shall be to coordinate effective procurement of goods and services in line with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act. To qualify for this position, below are the requirements you must meet.

    • Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in either Procurement and Supplies Management, Procurement and logistics etc. Possessing a Master’s degree as well would be an added advantage.
    • This role demands a conclusive work experience of ten (10) years, five (5)of which must have been in Senior Management position.
    • Applicant must be a registered member of professional bodies such as KISM or CIPS.
    • Meeting the requirements of chapter six (6) of the constitution is mandatory.

    2. Senior Assistant Director, Corporate Communication

      As the Senior Assistant Director, you will be working under Director Corporate Services. Your primary duty would be to initiate and execute the corporate brand and communication strategies. To qualify, take note of the criteria below.

      • Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, International Relations etc Master’s in any of the mention is an added advantage.
      • Attending a leadership and management course from a recognized institution is mandatory.
      • Adequate knowledge in computer application usage is important.
      • Adhering to the criteria of chapter six of the Constitution is mandatory.

      3. Principal Aircraft Pilot (Helicopter)

        Your key duty would be to undertake aerial surveillance for effective provision of wildlife management services. Below are the requirements needed.

        • Kenyan Private Pilot License – Helicopter (PPL-H);
        • Kenyan Commercial Pilot License – Helicopter (CPL-H);
        • Have a minimum 1,000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours of Helicopter Pilot;
        • Have passed the KCAA Gas-turbine exam;
        • Must have a Current Class 1 Medical Certificate from a KCAA approved medical practitioner;
        • Must have Minimum Academic Qualification of KCSE B- (minus);
        • Age – 40 years and below;
        • Must be ready to cope with off-base field operations; and
        • Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.

        4. Cadets

        Candidates applying for Cadets must be Kenyan citizens with either National ID or International passport, have atleast Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline, should be between the ages of 18 to 28 years, must be physically and medically fit, and have no criminal record. Note that there is a mandatory paramilitary training for nine months.

        5. Rangers

        Those applying for rangers must be Kenyan citizens with valid proof of identity, possessing a KCSE certificate with a minimum grade of D (plain) is mandatory, only applicants within the age of 18 and 26 years can apply for this role, you must be physically and medically fit, and have no criminal record.

        6. Deputy Director Community Relations

        • Candidates applying for this position must have a degree in either Social Science, Wildlife Management or any other relevant disciplines.
        • Candidates with Master’s degree have an added advantage.
        • Must have serve as a Senior Assistant Director for at least three (3) years.
        • Attending a management training course that lasted for a minimum of one (1) month is mandatory.
        • Applicant must be proficient in computer applications.
