Kenya Ministry of internship 2024 has commenced. The Department of Lands, Public Works, and Urban Development just announced 4,000 vacancies for paid internship and currently invites application from suitably qualified candidates.

Before now, candidates have been awaiting the commencement of the internship program and currently we’re glad to announce that the process has begun.
The Affordable Housing Programme (AHP) under the Ministry of Lands, Public Works, and Housing and Urban Development aims at intervening for 200,000 homes for Kenyans.
Sequel to this the State Department for Housing and Urban Development (SDHUD) is inviting applications for the recruitment of 10,000 university graduates.
Registration for the first phase which is starting from Thursday, 11th to Friday, 19th July, 2024 seeks to recruit 4,000 interns. Successful candidates will work as intern under the supervision of professional consultants.

The latest news concerning Ministry of Lands, Public Works, Housing and Urban Development internship is that four hundred (400) fresh university graduates are needed to join the Affordable Housing Program (AHP).
The 400 university graduates shall be offered monthly stipends through out the internship duration. So, in other words, the Ministry of housing is announcing paid internship opportunities for young graduates in line with the government agenda to address unemployment rate in the country.

Requirements for Ministry of Housing Internship
- Applicants must be a citizen of Kenya.
- Applicant must have a valid mean of identification.
- Candidates must have at least mean grade D+ in KCSE.
- Candidates applying must have a Bachelor’s degree from an approved university in any of the above discipline.
- He or she must possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicant must currently be unemployed.

The duration for Ministry of Housing, Lands and Public Works is twelve (12) months. Successful applicants shall be offered monthly stipend according to Public Service Commission remuneration.
After successful completing the internship programme, candidates will be given a certificate. This is because interns will be working directly under registered professionals.
