Overview of Public Service Internship Program

The Public Service (PSC) Internship Program is a career advancement opportunity for young Kenya graduates who are having difficulty securing a better job offer in the National employment market or beyond.

For the 2024/2025 session, the training program will last for twelve (12) months and this period will not be renewed as detailed in the announcement.

The interns of the program will be paid a stipend at the rate decided by the Kenyan Government, and on the completion of the Internship Program, the interns will be certified.

While the application portal for the program will be open for 3 weeks, starting from the earlier mentioned date, interested candidates are expected to forward their applications as it will be instructed later on in this guide.

Requirements for Public Service Internship

For the ongoing 2024 internship of PSC, the following are the requirements needed to be eligible:

• To be appointed the position, candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
• The applicant must have graduated not earlier than the year 2018
• Essentially, the candidate applying must be proficient in computer skills
