Quickmart Supermarket Recruitment Process
There are three (3) major phases of quickmart recruitment which are:
1. Invitation of application: This first stage implies that the management of the supermarket will release an official notice about vacant positions across her branches and then welcome applications from interested and qualified persons.
2. Submission of application: Interested candidates will now decide on which position to apply and then proceed to make submission before set deadline.
3. Review of applications/shortlist: The Human Resource (HR) office or department will review all submitted applications and then shortlist names of successful applicants for screening and those that pass will be employed.
