Requirements and Qualifications Needed
Each position has its or her requirements, below are the qualifications, skills and experience needed for announced vacancies.

Siaya County Government Recruitment Process
Selecting the best of best is not an easy task, sequel to this, the government of Siaya County developed the stages below for the recruitment process.
(i) Vacancy Announcement: The starting point of the recruitment process is declaration of vacancies in the Public Service Board and invitations of applications.
(ii) Submission of Application: Individuals interested in the job vacancies announced will proceed to the recruitment portal to submit application on or before the deadline.
(iii) Application Screening: Once the application duration elapse, the human resource department shall review all submitted applications and decide on which meets the job requirements.
(iv) Shortlisting: Furthering, names of shortlisted candidates shall be published online via the county official website and the public service board.
(v) Screening of Candidates: Candidates selected will then be invited for screening which involves interview and validation of qualifications.
How to Apply for Siaya County Jobs
The initial step is to visit the county public service official website, complete the application form, attach copies of relevant certifications, CV, National ID or Passport and clearance certificates from KRA, HELB, C.I.D etc.
