Are you a student in need of funding and currently reside in Kakamega County? Applications for Kakamega County bursary fund 2025/2026 is ongoing and will end on 20th January.
The County Government of Kakamega through the Department of Education, Science and Technology seeks to offer Bursary funding to her residents. The program is targeted at continuing students, ECDE teacher trainee, and Polytechnic trainee etc.
Requirements for Kakamega County Bursary Fund 2025
To qualify for this funding, below are the eligibility criteria you must meet.
- Applicant must be residing in Kakamega.
- He or she must have a valid National Identification Card.
- Candidate must be either a continuing student with a valid admission letter
- ECDE trainee teacher, and county polytechnic trainee can as well apply.
- Ability to express self effectively is necessary.
How to Apply
To submit application, visit Kakamega county official website www.kakamega.go.ke, navigate to tenders, select Bursary funds application form, carefully fill and complete the form , then submit to the ward administrator office between 8.00am to 5.00pm until Monday, 20th January 2025.
Note that you can also pick up the application form offline at the ward administrator’s office, complete and still submit there.
