Eligibility Criteria for EACC Vacancies 2024

This officer shall be involve in investigating corruption, economic crime and unethical conduct while reporting directly to the Deputy Director of Forensic Investigation.

- Must have relevant work experience of at least five (5) years.
- Be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with current practicing certificate.
- Must be proficient in computer applications.
Investigation Officer II – Digital Forensic Analyst
This officer shall be responsible for securing and preserving digital evidence be it imaging or equivalent data, shall also analyze bulk data while reporting to Assistant Director – Forensic Laboratory.

- Be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in ICT, Computer Science, and Engineering from an approved institution.
- Must also have advanced training in digital forensics and ICT.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience from a reputable organization.
- Must also possess certifications in either digital forensics, Cyber security, ICT or related fields.
- Should also be a member of relevant professional body and also in good standing.
Legal Officer II
As legal officer, you’re responsible for analyzing investigation files and preparing statutory reports and will send final to the Regional Manager.

- Be a graduate of Bachelor of Laws from a recognized university.
- Be an advocate of the High Court of Kenya with active practicing certificate.
- Be proficient in the usage of basic computer applications.
Investigation Officer II – Accountant
Office is responsible for investigating corruption and economic crimes as well as unethical conduct and will be reporting to the Regional Manager.
Gaining appointment as Investigation Officer II – Accountant demands the following.
- You must have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree or equating qualification in either Commerce, Economics or Mathematics etc. from a recognized institution.
- Must be a certified Public Accountant (CPA-K), ACCA, CISA etc.
- Must be a member of relevant professional body.
- Applicant should be knowledgeable of basic computer operations.
- Attending a professional training of not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution is mandatory.
