Procurement Manager

As the procurement manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the every procurement activities of the Bank.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement or Purchasing & Supply Management from an accredited university.
• Possess professional certifications in Purchasing and Supply Management from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Management.
• Be a registered member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management.
• Have a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in a managerial role.
• Experience with an automated procurement system is a plus.
• Possess excellent skills in report writing and presentations.
• Be a team player with strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate high capability and creativity in cost management strategies.
• Be dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven.

IT Risk Officer

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from an accredited university.
• Have a minimum of seven years of relevant work experience, with at least five years in core banking applications.
• Possess professional certification in Programming.
• Demonstrate expertise in enterprise server operating systems and applications such as Linux, Redhat, Oracle, DB2, MSSQL, Web Services, Java, Python, and JBASIC.
• Have experience in Java development, Intellect/JBASE development, and integration and middleware systems.
• Be a team player with excellent communication, decision-making, and analytical skills, and possess strong attention to detail.

Operational Risk Officer

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in any business-related field from an accredited university.
• Possess professional certifications such as CPA, CFE, ACAMS, or any relevant operational risk management certification.
• Have a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in the banking industry.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of operational risk drivers.

Business Development Officers

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• Possession of professional banking qualifications such as AKIB, ACIB, or CPA is an added advantage.
• Have a minimum of three years of relevant work experience in the banking industry.
• Possess strong credit risk management skills.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and commercial awareness.
