KNTC Recruitment Overview

As a the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, you will be reporting directly to the Board of Directors and General managers in different departments.

You will be responsible for ensuring board resolution are in place while overseeing stragetic leadership on daily basis to help the Corporation achieve its mandate of procurement agent for the government.

Qualifications for Eligibility

To start with, you must be a Kenyan citizen with proof of citizenship either National ID or Passport.

Meeting the requirements set out in chapter six (6) of the Kenyan consitution is necessary.

Getting eligible for this position requires that you must have a Bachelors degree in either Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, Accounts, Finance or Economics.

If you have an equivalent qualification to any of these then you can still use it.

In addition to your first degree, having a Master’s in Strategic Management, Finance, Economics etc. would be an added advantage.

You must have a total of Fifteen (15) years relevant work experience. Be a registered and active member of relevant bodies.

Finally, you should be ICT inclided and must have attendeed a eadership course which lasted not less than fur (4) weeks.
