Executive Secretary
Your duties as responsibilities as the executive secretary shall include preparations of meetings, administering, managing and coordinating all incoming and outgoing mails/correspondence. The eligibility criteria for this role are as follows.
- Education: You should possess a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Communication Art, Linguistics or other relevant academic discipline.
- Skills: You should have a better understanding of Shorthand III, Typewriting III, Business English III, Office Management III, Secretarial Duties II, Office Practice II, Commerce II, Accounting and as well be proficient in ICT application etc.
- Experience: Practically, 3-5 years’ experience working as a Senior Secretary or equivalent position is required.
Administrative Assistant
You will be aiding in execution of administration functions and other assigned duties by immediate supervisor.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in relevant academic discipline is required.
- Skills: Good interpersonal communication skills, ability to work under pressure, analytical and problem solving skills are needed.
- Experience: You should have a minimum of three (3) or five (5) year experience as a grade 7 officer or equivalent position.
Director, Alumni Relations
Strategically building relationship through written and verbal communications to link together diverse range of individuals.
- Education: First and Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, and Public relations etc. qualifies you for this role.
- Skills: You should possess a good command of both spoken and written English, familiar with current trends and best practices in alumni relations etc.
- Experience: Relevant experience in similar positions for 3-5 years is welcome.
Assistant Registrar, Graduate Studies
For this role you need a bachelor’s degree in related field, three (3) years or experience as grade 9 officer, must be proficient in MS Office packages such as Excel, word etc., Core skills such as good analytical, reporting writing and presentation skills is mandatory.
Deputy Director, Graduate Studies
- Education: A PhD in relevant academic discipline is required.
- Experience: He or she must have worked at grade 12 for a minimum of three (3) years.
- Skills: Must be ICT inclined and understand MS-word, excel and SPSS properly.
MKU Recruitment Process
