Job Requirements & Qualifications

Generally, applicants must have a valid National Identity card or passport, have Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or equivalent qualification.

T24 Developer

• Candidates applying must have a Degree in ICT or related academic discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on, verifiable experience in core banking software development, support, and troubleshooting, particularly with T24, web technologies, and programming using Info-basic.
• Demonstrated experience in systems analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Experience in T24 template programming, customization of T24 (VERSION, ENQUIRY, online services), COB, and Design Studio.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the following T24 modules: System Core tables, Funds Transfer, Teller, Arrangement Architecture, Forex, Integration Frameworks, and Business Events.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

Card Systems Engineers

• Candidates applying for this role must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Applicant must have graduated with at least a 2nd Upper Class honours.
• You should have at least three (3) years practical proven experience in installation, setup, support and troubleshooting of any CMS application across all layers.
• Applicant must have fully experienced in supporting banking channels and SQL scripting.
• Understanding system analysis, design, implementation and support is crucial.

Financial Risk Analyst

• Candidates applying for this position must have a degree either in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance or Business Administration etc.
