Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Professional Qualification:
- Relevant professional qualifications.
- Strategic leadership course or its equivalent lasting not less than four (4) weeks.
- Membership in a recognized professional body.
Experience:
- Over 15 years of work experience in a large commercial entity, preferably in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of experience at a senior management level.
