Eligibility Criteria
- Basically, candidates applying for this job must be a Kenyan citizen.
- He or she must have a valid National ID or Passport.

Principal Human Resource Management Officer
- Those applying for this post must have a Masters and Bachelor’s degree in either Human Resource Management, Development or Planning, Public or Business Administration, Commerce etc.
- He or she must be a member of Certified Human Resource Professional Certificate (CHRP-K)
- Relevant work experience of at least eight (8) is mandatory for this role.
- You should also be in good standing with Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
- Attending a management training course for at least four (4) weeks is an added advantage.
Principal Administration Officer
- This position also requires applicants to have a minimum of 8 years work experience.
- A Masters and Bachelor’s degree in Social Science, Business Administration, Management, Fleet Management, Public Administration, or Political Science from a recognized institution.
- He or she should be a member of relevant profession and must have attended a management course of not less than one (1) month.
Land Surveyor
- Candidates applying for this role must have a Bachelor’s degree in Land Survey, Geo-spatial Engineering, Geomantic Engineering and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Drivers
To qualify for this post;
- You must have at least four (4) years of relevant working experience.
- A valid driving license.
- Must have completed a First-Aid training course of not less than one (1) weeks from KIHBT.
- You must have passed suitability test for Drivers Grade III etc.
