Kisumu Selection Criteria
The criteria used by Kisumu county government to shortlist candidates are;
- Complying with the requirements of chapter six (6) of the constitution.
- Candidate must be a citizen of Kenya and currently resides in the county.
- Applicant must have a valid National Identity Card or Passport.
- Shortlisted candidates adhere to educational qualifications such minimum of grade C+ in KCSE, and either Diploma or Degree from an institution in Kenya.
- Professional Qualifications: Candidates shortlisted are those who are registered and active members of relevant professional bodies and as well issued valid license and certificate of practice.
- Experience: Possess relevant work experience for at least three (3) years.
It is requested that all shortlisted applicants comes to the interview venue with a copy of the following documents.
- Original and photocopy of National Identity Card
- Original and photocopies of Academic and Professional Certificates and Transcripts
- Other testimonials or supporting documents
- Compliance clearance certificates from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), Credit Reference Bureau (CRB), Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI), Self-Declaration Form and Recommendation from relevant professional bodies or association.
