Eligibility Criteria for ODPP Jobs 2025
- Candidates applying must be Kenya citizen with valid National Identity Card or Passport as evidence.
- Attending secondary education and having at least D+ mean grade in KCSE.
- Computer skills is mandatory.
- Understanding and complying with chapter six (6) of the constitution is mandatory.
Requirements for Pupilage Vacancies
Candidates applying to engage as a pupil must:
- Be a Kenyan with valid identification document.
- Have graduated and possess a degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Get recommendation letter from Kenya School of Law confirming completion of the Advocates Training Programme.
- Have an updated CV
- Have graduated on or before 2022.
- Possess certificate of good conduct from Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
General Requirements & Qualifications
- Irrespective of the position you’re applying for, you should possess a degree in relevant academic discipline from a recognized institution.
- Being a registered and active member of a professional body is an added advantage.
- Applicants must have reasonable years of work experience related to the position, preferably at least three (3) years.
